The Asian Consulting Group (ACG) is steadfast in its mission to empower Overseas Filipinos by imparting them with financial and tax knowledge. After the recently concluded visit to Denmark last August 4, Mon Abrea, ACG’s Founding Chairman and Chief Tax Advisor, held a productive discussion with the Philippine Ambassador to Greece, Ambassador Giovanni E. Palec, Harvard Alumnus Atty. Jen Bacong, Labor Attaché Cynthia Cruz, Chargé d’Affaires Judy Robianes, First Secretary and Consul Therese Cantada, and Welfare Officer Marivic L. Mondina.
In partnership with the Center for Strategic Reforms of the Philippines, ACG aims to equip OFWs with essential knowledge and resources on how to invest across diverse sectors. These sectors encompass Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), stocks, agriculture, bed and breakfast establishments, and franchise businesses. The campaign fosters partnerships with established investors, mentors, and crucial diplomatic offices, including the Philippine Embassy and Consulate General, as well as Philippine Trade and Investment Centers and the Migrant Workers Office.
ACG aspires to equip OFWs with investment knowledge so that they can ensure financial security upon their return to the Philippines and be able to shape a more secure financial landscape for their futures.
